QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality is managed at every stage - not inspected in at the end.
Good quality is the result of planning, coordination, inspection and follow-through. Buildsafe treats quality as an active management process from early scope review through to handover and aftercare.
Before work starts, drawings, specifications, materials, interfaces and responsibilities need to be understood. During work, inspections, hold points, concealed-work records, testing, change control and photographic evidence can all help reduce ambiguity.
Quality also depends on communication. Changes should be discussed and recorded. Subcontractor responsibilities should be clear. Snagging should be managed as part of completion rather than left as a surprise after handover.
Buildsafe does not claim ISO certification unless and until verified certification is available and approved for public display.
